thought the idea about using wikis as an alternative was a great idea.

i have read web2.0, library2.0 and i feel that i am a dinosaur
i don't like what i read about some of the changes that people feel we need to make
people don't like being forced to use technology if they don't want to
are we forgetting about customer service old style, just talking ,serving , helping
when needed
i do understand we need to change, but don't change just for the sake of it
